As a military kid, I grew up across the globe, immersing myself in different worldviews and cultures. This experience shaped my approach to therapy, as I believe every individual’s journey is unique and deserves to be understood through their own lens.
After earning my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Texas A&M University—Texarkana in 2017 and 2022, respectively, Texas became my home. I am passionate about helping others discover their strengths, understand their emotions, and create meaningful change in their lives.
With over six years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life’s challenges using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.
My areas of focus include ADHD, anger management, depression, anxiety, behavioral modification, identity and sexuality concerns, as well as providing support for individuals on the autism spectrum.
I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including elementary and middle schools, pre-K, and university environments, which has deepened my understanding of the unique developmental needs and challenges at different life stages.
